Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Licensed Mental Health Counselor Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Washington Role Summary In this role, you will provide virtual mental health care to adults through structured therapy sessions. Your work supports emotional regulation, coping skills, and long-term treatment goals while allowing you to practice in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities - Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth - Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner - Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress - Coordinate care when referrals or additional services are needed - Follow Washington State clinical and ethical standards Requirements - Active Washington LMHC license - Master’s degree in Counseling or related field - Experience providing outpatient therapy services - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Benefits - 2 weeks paid time off - Health insurance - 401(k) plan with 3% company match Send in your application to be considered for the role.
