Job application bot: what it does and how Jobrona behaves
A job application bot finds jobs, fills in the employer's form and sends it. The risk is not the speed. It is what the bot says in your name.
Jobrona follows four rules: it never invents experience, never applies twice to the same job, and keeps a copy of everything it sends.
Updated 26 October 2026.
Where bots go wrong
- They answer a question with something that is not in your CV.
- They apply to the same job again, or to many roles at one company.
- They keep going when a form stops them, instead of telling you.
- They leave you without a record of what was sent.
The limits Jobrona keeps
- At most two applications to one company in 30 days, one of them for the same kind of role
- No new application to the same company for the same kind of role for 180 days after a rejection
- A daily limit: 200 on Free, 1,000 on Pro

Questions and answers
How do I mass apply for jobs?
Use a tool that answers from your CV and stops when it does not know. Jobrona Free sends up to 200 applications a day at $0. Keep to jobs that fit: a small relevant set is easier to follow up than a large random one.
Can ChatGPT apply for jobs for me?
A chat assistant writes text when you ask. On its own it does not find live jobs, fill each employer's form or keep a record of what was sent. Jobrona does those steps from your CV facts.

The same applies: an assistant writes what you ask for. Finding jobs, filling forms and keeping the copy are steps you would have to build or do yourself. Jobrona does them.
Is there a free n8n job application automation?
