Warehouse Associate

Los Altos Foods, a cheese manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team. This position supports our manufacturing operation by receiving, moving, storing, and preparing products and materials for shipment. Schedule 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Responsibilities: - Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely - Load and unload pallets and materials - Move products between production, warehouse, and storage areas - Receive and inspect incoming products - Prepare products and materials for shipment - Complete daily inventory counts - Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products - Complete shipping and receiving documentation - Use computer systems to track inventory and shipments - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow company safety and food manufacturing procedures - Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Previous forklift experience preferred - Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience - At least 3 months of related experience - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - High school diploma or GED preferred - SAP, Excel, or other inventory system experience is a plus - Comfortable working in a fast-paced cheese manufacturing environment Requirements Requirements: - Forklift experience preferred - Warehouse or manufacturing experience - Valid driver's license and clean driving record - Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits - 401(k) - Dental insurance - Employee assistance program - Flexible spending account - Health insurance - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Referral program - Vision insurance
