Requirements - Fluency in Flemish and a strong command of English; knowledge of other languages is an asset. - Experience in customer service or a related environment is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer care. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. - Willingness to relocate to Malta and experience a vibrant new culture. - A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is beneficial.
