Technical Support Representative - Cubao, QC

We are looking for TSRs to join a fast growing account in Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution - Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes - Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience - Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Requirements - At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with or without BPO Experience - Must have at least 9 months of BPO Experience - Must have basic trouble shooting skills - Must be conversant in both spoken and written English - Amenable to work fully on-site in Cubao, Quezon City - Amenable to work on shifting schedule - Can start ASAP Benefits - Free HMO - Free Dependents - Night Differential - Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
