Artech's deep heritage, proven expertise and insightful market intelligence has secured long-term partnerships with Fortune 500 and government clients seeking world-class professional resources. - We are seeking a Windows Desktop Engineer who thrives on solving complex problems on desktop systems physical and virtual. - The person will need to have knowledge with deployments tools, for example SCCM/VDI/AppSense. - Serve as third level support resource for existing software deployments; - Troubleshoot technical incidents with enterprise desktop environments - Responsible for smooth operations of desktop software and image delivery to the enterprise - Communicates effectively with team and clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical tools, solutions and strategies Overview: - Solid Windows Desktop & VDI (VMware desktop infrastructure) engineers. - Project requiring long term support of a Full time employee.
