Legal Counsel / Admin

As we scale, we are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team and ensure our operations comply with all regulatory frameworks and laws, while also offering legal advice on a range of issues. What you will be doing: - draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, including vendor, affiliate, and partnership agreements; - prepare and update internal policies, ensuring they align with legal standards and best practices; - maintain accurate and organized legal documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations; - collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and ensure operations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements; - provide legal support on day-to-day business operations, including addressing legal issues and offering practical solutions; - handle customer claims and legal concerns with professionalism, ensuring that responses are timely and legally sound; - collaborate with external legal teams to address complex legal disputes when necessary; - support the protection of the company’s intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents. Your background: - Degree in Law, from an accredited institution; - minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience, including international business exposure; - strong spoken and written English language skills; - meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in legal documents and processes; - strong researching skills to stay up-to-date with legal requirements and industry trends; - experience with intellectual property (IP) is a plus. Would be a plus: - at least 1 year of experience working specifically with SaaS models.
