Responsibilities - Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding educational products and e-learning solutions. - Assist customers with inquiries about courses, enrollment processes, and online learning platforms. - Guide clients through troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions to enhance their learning experience. - Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution and satisfaction. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's educational offerings and promote suitable solutions to clients. - Document all customer interactions accurately to inform ongoing improvements in service quality. - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and ensure client success. Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. - Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector, is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. - Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide assistance effectively. - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. - A passion for education and a commitment to helping others succeed in their learning endeavors.
