Responsibilities - Deliver exemplary support to Norwegian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. - Handle customer inquiries related to products, services, and account concerns with professionalism and empathy. - Troubleshoot issues and offer prompt, effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. - Meticulously document all customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping. - Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and continuously improve customer experiences. - Proactively suggest improvements to the support process based on client feedback. - Keep informed about product updates to provide clients with relevant and accurate information. Requirements - Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written. - Experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at achieving high customer satisfaction. - Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. - Proficiency in CRM systems and good general computer skills. - Self-motivated and dedicated to providing remarkable customer service.
