HR Manager

TITLE: HR MANAGER REPORTS TO: GENERAL DIRECTOR Primary Purpose: Senior HR Manager responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. Responsibilities: - Set objectives for the HR team and track progress - Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment - Develop compensation and benefits plans - Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process - Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers - Organize learning and development programs - Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner - Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations - Supervise the HR team and ensure the goals set are met. - Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment. - Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions. - Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department. - Design interesting onboarding sessions and processes for new recruits. - Oversee the recruitment and hiring process of new employees. - Oversee HR metrics and document the observations for future policy-making reference. - Review the budget for the department and ensure it is being adhered to. - Evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback. - Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations. Qualifications: - Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role - Solid understanding of labor legislation - Excellent communication abilities - Leadership skills - Ability to foster healthy employee relations - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. - Excellent ability to create a comfortable and healthy work environment for employees. - BSc degree in Human Resources Management - MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus About American Baccalaureate School: ABS is a private, non­-profit school offering an American-based curriculum including a wide variety of advanced courses, and a college preparatory program, guiding students to become independent, intellectual global citizens.
