The Role
We are looking for a bright, ambitious and highly proactive individual to join our Commercial Finance & FP&A team.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to commercial finance, business systems and cross-functional projects within an international organisation.
The business is currently undertaking a significant systems transformation, including the implementation of Salesforce across the organisation and the introduction of other business systems.

Alongside project activities, the role will involve routine financial reporting, transactional support, data maintenance and administrative responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who combines strong intellectual ability with a practical, hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, quick to learn, highly organised and confident taking ownership of tasks, however small or detailed.
This role suits someone who is organised and accurate, communicates confidently, and wants to grow with an international business.

4. Process Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes.

- Graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related discipline.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.

- Comfortable learning new software and systems.
Desirable, but Not Essential
- Exposure to Salesforce, CRM or ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or data visualisation tools.
