Project Manager

Build what’s next. Deliver it brilliantly. Nyobolt is looking for a Project Manager who can turn ambitious ideas into well-run, high-impact programmes. You’ll own projects from definition through to delivery, bringing together Engineering, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams while keeping customers, partners and suppliers aligned. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who thrives on pace, clarity and accountability. What you’ll do - Define project scope with Nyobolt teams, customers, partners and suppliers. - Build robust plans covering timelines, resources and budgets, then drive delivery from kick-off to completion alongside technical leads. - Build strong stakeholder relationships that create an excellent customer experience and reinforce Nyobolt’s reputation for delivery. - Give Nyobolt’s management team a clear view of progress, performance, risks, issues, resource needs and emerging opportunities. - Keep external stakeholders informed about schedules, risks, commercial terms, Statements of Work and issue resolution. - Own project risk registers and turn mitigation plans into action. - Take on other priorities as the business and our projects evolve. What you’ll bring - At least three years’ project management experience in a customer-facing role. - Confidence using phase-gate or lifecycle management processes, 8D problem-solving and other project management tools. - Clear, credible communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, senior leaders and external stakeholders. - A practical, proactive approach: you spot risks early, create clarity and keep delivery moving. - Experience of government-funded projects would be useful, but is not essential.
