Finance Agent Orchestration Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a venture capital and private equity finance team as its second finance hire, working closely with the Head of Finance across multiple funds. You will own core fund finance operations while implementing an AI-native fund administration platform and building more automated workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own fund accounting, LP reporting, and capital account statements across multiple funds. - Lead implementation and calibration of an AI-native fund administration platform. - Automate recurring finance workflows using tools and systems that improve accuracy and efficiency. - Maintain investment data, valuations, and portfolio company records. - Support strategic projects with the Head of Finance, including office acquisitions and cross-portfolio work. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Three to six years of experience in fund accounting, fund operations, investment fund audit, or VC/PE finance. - Experience producing LP reporting, including quarterly reports and capital account statements. - Strong understanding of capital calls, distributions, NAV, management fees, and fund financial statements. - Hands-on experience rebuilding or automating finance workflows with Excel macros, Power Query, SQL, Python, AI tools, or similar. - A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. - Interest in venture capital, deep tech, science, or impact-oriented work. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $133,000 to $160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California, United States.
