Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities - Complete and submit prior authorization forms accurately and efficiently. - Research medications and treatments using trusted online resources, including Google and clinical databases, to understand their use and relevance to requests. - Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to gather and verify information as needed. - Track and follow up on submitted authorizations to ensure timely approvals. - Maintain accurate records of all authorization requests and outcomes.
