Automation Asset & Maintenance Manager – Oil & Gas

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Automation Asset & Maintenance Manager based at our Triadelphia, WV automation facility. This position will oversee the maintenance, repair, availability, and lifecycle management of our automated equipment fleet across the East and West Divisions. This is a hands-on technical management position responsible for maintaining equipment reliability, coordinating repairs and retrofits, managing spare parts, and ensuring accurate asset tracking through our computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The ideal candidate brings experience in industrial automation, maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and technical team leadership. Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Automation, this individual will help improve equipment readiness, reduce downtime, and establish consistent asset management processes across the organization.
