Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a busy commercial real estate legal team supporting sophisticated transactions for developers, property owners, investors, and lenders. You will work closely with practice leaders and manage transaction details with a high degree of independence. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Order and review title commitments and surveys, and help resolve title objections. - Prepare closing documents, maintain closing checklists, and coordinate funds flow for acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing transactions. - Manage due diligence, entity documents, and estoppels across multiple active matters. - Coordinate post-closing recordings, filings, and follow-up items. - Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and title companies with minimal partner oversight. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Five or more years of recent, continuous commercial real estate paralegal experience at a law firm, with New Jersey transactional experience. - Hands-on experience with title, surveys, and commercial closings, including independently managing a closing from start through post-closing. - Experience with commercial real estate beyond residential closings, and familiarity with land use work. - Strong attention to detail, polished written work, and a stable employment history. - Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site, five days per week in Roseland, New Jersey.
