We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Project manager / Delivery manager to join our team and act as a key link between our B2B clients, Product, and Development teams.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with B2B clients and white-label operators to understand their business needs, processes, and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and functional requirements.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, including Product, Development, Support/KYC, Legal & Compliance, Payments, CRM, BI, and Finance.
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured tasks for Product and Development teams.
- Collaborate with Product and Development teams to clarify technical details, dependencies, limitations, and potential solutions.
- Coordinate integrations, launches, operational changes, and technical requests from initiation to delivery.
- Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and ensure all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the expected outcomes.
- Track projects and requests, monitor progress, identify blockers, and coordinate their resolution.
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams, provide status updates, and communicate progress.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager.
- Strong experience collaborating with developers, QA engineers, architects, and product teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to discuss technical requirements with developers.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, technical projects, or B2B platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously.
- Fluent English.
