𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 / 𝗔𝗞𝗦)

𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 (𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲 / 𝗔𝗞𝗦) Remote, for engineers based in Eastern Europe This is a hands-on role: operating, securing, automating and improving business-critical production environments on Microsoft Azure. The main requirement is proven production ownership. You’ve built, run and troubleshot live systems yourself. Design work, lab projects or certifications on their own won’t be enough here. Core technical skills: - 7+ years in DevOps, cloud or infrastructure engineering, with significant hands-on production responsibility on Azure - Kubernetes and AKS in production: deployments, cluster upgrades, scaling, networking, ingress, Istio service mesh, workload configuration, cluster security (RBAC, network policies, pod security) and troubleshooting - Terraform, including reusable modules and state management - Azure networking: VNets, subnets, NSGs, Private Link and private endpoints, DNS, Application Gateway, Load Balancer, connectivity troubleshooting - Azure identity and security: Entra ID, managed identities, service principals, Azure RBAC, Key Vault for secrets and certificates - Linux administration and production troubleshooting - Scripting in PowerShell, Bash and/or Python - Git and modern delivery practices - Observability: logs, metrics, alerting, dashboards Production engineering skills: - Running highly available, business-critical systems - Defining SLAs and KPIs for production services, then setting up what it takes to meet them: monitoring, redundancy, on-call, runbooks, incident and change management - Hands-on incident response, from investigation and root-cause analysis to follow-up actions that prevent a repeat - Performance troubleshooting and capacity management - Solid grounding in reliability, resiliency, security, backup and disaster recovery All of the above is required.
