Iron Mountain is seeking a dependable Warehouse Records Clerk & Courier to join our Operations team. In this multifaceted role, you will be the vital link between physical records processing and local logistics, ensuring customer archives are accurately digitized, indexed, and securely transported. Operating primarily within our secure facility with dedicated local transport routes, your attention to detail will directly safeguard sensitive records throughout every stage of their lifecycle. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: - Document Scanning & Digitization: Batch, scan, and convert physical documents into high-resolution electronic records using production scanners and imaging software. - Data Entry & Archival Organization: Accurately input file metadata, stage cartons according to retention schedules, and conduct quality reviews against source records. - Warehouse Material Handling: Stage, palletize, load, and offload boxed inventory across the facility using pallet jacks and hand trucks. - Local Transport Operations: Safely operate a 26-foot box truck to transport document bins and palletized materials between designated facility points and partner hubs. - Chain of Custody & Vehicle Inspections: Complete routine pre- and post-trip safety checks, maintain daily driver logs, and secure all transport loads with appropriate cargo restraints. What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: - 1+ years of experience in clerical support, document imaging, records processing, or warehouse inventory management. - Strong knowledge of non-CDL straight truck operations (24–26 ft.) and standard warehouse material-handling equipment. - Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Demonstrated ability to perform accurate alphanumeric data entry, document indexing, and repetitive physical handling of items up to 50 lbs. - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record, a current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (or ability to obtain prior to start), and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust security clearance.
