Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer

RA Holdings, through our AIM Services Inc branch, is looking for Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer. AIM Services is an environmental, abatement, remediation, HAZMAT, and demolition contractor founded in 2003. Their teams provide specialty contracting services within government, maritime/shipboard, industrial, commercial, and residential projects within a region. Job Responsibilities: - Perform Demolition Laborer duties and operate Heavy Equipment vehicles safely and efficiently as needed. - Operate skid steers, excavators, bull dozers, dump trucks, loaders, among other heavy equipment to efficiently break down structures, clear debris, and prepare sites for development. - Experienced with excavation, grading, loading, hauling, backfilling, and material relocation tasks. - Assist with removal of building materials, structures, and debris during demolition operations. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following proper debris removal and site organization. - Work in a variety of projects ranging from commercial, industrial, government, and military projects. - Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure proper functioning. - Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members. - Report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately. - Follow safety protocols and comply with all site regulations. Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications: - Must have a Real ID, SS, and Birth Certificate. - Clean Background. Or Able to get on base and have active badging. - Meet Qualifications to get into our Company Auto Insurance. - Have physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects up to 70lbs. Licenses & Certifications: - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30. - CDL is preferred, but not required.
