About the job

At Qualtrics, we create software the world’s best brands use to deliver exceptional frontline experiences, build high-performing teams, and design products people love. But we are more than a platform—we are the creators and stewards of the Experience Management category serving over 18K clients globally. Building a category takes grit, determination, and a disdain for convention—but most of all it requires close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers. When you join one of our teams, you’ll be part of a nimble group that’s empowered to set aggressive goals and move fast to achieve them. Strategic risks are encouraged and complex problems are solved together, by passing the microphone and iterating until the best solution comes to light. You won’t have to look to find growth opportunities—ready or not, they’ll find you. From retail to government to healthcare, we’re on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business. Join over 5,000 people across the globe who think that’s work worth doing. Senior Paralegal, Commercial Contracts Why We Have This Role Qualtrics’ Legal team supports a fast-growing book of commercial agreements across EMEA, and our Dublin office is central to that work. This role exists to keep contracts moving: reviewing agreements against our playbook, managing the CLM workflow end to end, and clearing the queue so our lawyers can focus on the deals that need them most. It’s built as a growth seat. The person who takes it will develop the judgment and process ownership that leads into a Contracts Manager role. As our volume grows, we need someone who can bring consistency to routine contracting while recognising when a deal needs a closer legal look. You’ll help make the contracting experience clearer and more predictable for our internal partners and customers, without losing sight of the risks we need to manage. How You’ll Find Success You’ll do well here if you’re precise under pressure, comfortable owning a queue of live matters at once, and curious about the “why” behind a playbook position rather than just applying it by rote. You ask good questions, flag risk early instead of guessing, and build trust with the lawyers you support by being consistent and organised. You’re motivated by growth: you want this role to be a launchpad, not a landing spot. You keep stakeholders informed, set clear expectations, and bring practical next steps when a matter gets stuck. Over time, you’ll use feedback and experience to handle more matters independently and spot opportunities to improve how the team works. Things You’ll Do - Review, redline, and process standard and low- to mid-complexity commercial agreements (NDAs, order forms, standard DPAs, MSAs, and GTCs) against Qualtrics’ negotiation playbook - Track key contractual dates and terms (renewals, notice periods, change-of-control provisions) and flag what needs lawyer attention before it becomes urgent - Escalate complex issues (liability, IP, regulatory, AI/data-use) to the right lawyer, with context already gathered rather than just a forwarded email - Partner with Sales Operations, Legal Operations, and Deal Desk to keep contracting moving at the pace the business needs - Support Legal Operations projects (playbook updates, process documentation, CLM improvements) as your capacity grows What We’re Looking for on Your CV - 4+ years of relevant experience as a paralegal or contracts professional, ideally at another technology/SaaS company or a law firm - Demonstrated experience reviewing or processing commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, GTCs, order forms, DPAs) - Strong written communication: you can summarise a contract issue clearly for a non-lawyer - Confidence negotiating live with customers on calls - Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships within the legal team and with the sales function which we support - A bias toward ownership: you track your own queue and don’t let things sit - Comfort working inside a CLM tool (Ironclad or similar) and e-signature platforms - Based in, or able to work from, our Dublin office, with the right to work in Ireland Not required, but a plus: exposure to SaaS commercial terms, DPAs, or AI/data-use clauses. What You Should Know About This Team Legal at Qualtrics is hardworking and pragmatic. We protect the business from the risks that actually matter and don’t slow things down over the ones that don’t. It’s a collegial group: you’ll work closely with lawyers and other legal team members across commercial, privacy, and AI/data-use matters, and with teams across sales, product, and finance. You’ll get real mentoring here, not just a training deck. This is a role people are hired into with a career path already in mind. Our Team’s Favourite Perks and Benefits - Private health insurance and wellness support - 25 days of annual leave - Hybrid work model: in-office collaboration days, with flexibility the rest of the week - Breakfast, lunch, and snacks provided - Modern office just off Grafton Street, close to the St Stephen’s Green Luas stop - In-office gym and bar for social events The Qualtrics Hybrid Work Model: Our hybrid work model is elegantly simple: we all gather in the office three days a week; Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day selected by your organizational leader. These purposeful in-person days in thoughtfully designed offices help us do our best work and harness the power of collaboration and innovation. For the rest of the week, work where you want, owning the integration of work and life. #hybrid Qualtrics is an equal opportunity employer meaning that all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any other protected characteristic.
