Work Setup: On-site Work Location: Alabang Required Educational Attainment: - At least 2 years of College Education (No back subjects) Required Experience: - Must have an active FINRA License Job Scope: - Provide retirement planning guidance by assessing customers' financial situations and retirement goals. - Assist customers with retirement account options, including IRAs, 401(k)s, and other retirement investments. - Process retirement-related transactions in compliance with FINRA regulations and company policies. - Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding retirement products, services, investments, and account management. - Educate customers on retirement planning strategies, investment options, and regulatory requirements. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, account activities, and transactions. - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex account or retirement-related concerns promptly. - Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and retirement product developments. - Meet performance and quality targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
