CMO / Chief Marketing Officer Nutra

We are looking for a strong CMO / Chief Marketing Officer to join an international product company in the Nutra vertical and lead the development and scaling of its marketing function across international markets. What you’ll do - Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy - Scale user acquisition and revenue across Europe and LATAM - Lead key performance channels: Affiliate, Facebook, and SEO - Develop the affiliate ecosystem and build relationships with key webmasters and traffic owners - Analyze channel performance and key metrics including ROI/ROMI, CAC, and LTV - Identify growth opportunities and scale successful sources and campaigns - Build, manage, and optimize the marketing budget - Lead and develop the marketing team, set KPIs, and drive performance - Work closely with Product, Analytics, Creative, and other internal teams - Build strategic partnerships and represent the company at international industry conferences What we’re looking for - 5+ years of experience in performance / digital marketing - Experience as a CMO, Head of Marketing, Head of Performance, or at a comparable level - Mandatory Nutra experience - Strong understanding of Affiliate Marketing, Facebook, and SEO - Experience working with international GEOs, particularly Europe and LATAM - Proven experience building and managing marketing teams - Strong analytical and financial skills - Experience working with webmasters, affiliate partners, and traffic sources - English B2+ - Willingness to attend international industry conferences Would be a plus - Experience in Grey Nutra - Own offers / products - Experience with COD / SS models - Experience building a marketing function from scratch - Strong network of webmasters, affiliates, and traffic owners What we offer - Fully remote position - 5/2 schedule - Competitive compensation + KPI/bonus - 28 calendar days of paid vacation - Paid sick leave - Corporate English classes - Sports compensation - International team and the opportunity to directly influence the growth of the product
