Financial Director

We are looking for a CFO to build and lead the finance function of a Web3 fintech product in an international market. What you'll do - Own finance end to end: accounting, reporting, budgeting and FP&A. - Manage the crypto/fiat treasury: liquidity, risk, custody and multisig operations. - Shape and support tokenomics, vesting and token-related financial modeling. - Lead fundraising (equity and token rounds) and work with VCs, exchanges and market makers. - Build and lead the finance team. - Build the financial model, annual budget and rolling forecasts; track unit economics and key KPIs. - Manage cash flow, runway and burn; set spending policies and approval flows. Prepare reporting and analysis for the CEO, board and investors. Must-haves - 1.5+ years in a senior finance role at a web3/crypto company - required. - 5+ years of overall finance experience. - Hands-on crypto treasury experience (custodians, Safe multisig, DeFi counterparty risk). - Solid knowledge of crypto and fintech regulation and digital-asset accounting. - Strong FP&A skills: budgeting, cash-flow forecasting and runway planning in volatile markets.
