We're Hiring: German Language Specialist – Native Speaker
Location: Remote
Experience: 2+ Years
We are looking for a German Language Specialist (Native Speaker) to train, mentor, and upskill an existing team, helping enhance German language proficiency and overall operational quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor team members to improve their German language proficiency.
- Conduct language coaching and upskilling sessions.
- Provide guidance on German grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication.
- Support the team in improving language accuracy and operational quality.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training interventions.
Requirements:
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience in language training, mentoring, coaching, or similar roles is preferred.
- Candidates currently based in India must hold a valid OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) card.
Work Mode: Remote
