Store Manager

The MarketPlace Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced supermarket leader with a passion for customer service, operational excellence, and team development. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing. - Drive sales, control expenses, and ensure profitable performance. - Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high associate morale. - Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team. - Manage store inventory, merchandising, and product displays. - Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and company policies. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and community partners. - Support and participate in company-wide and community events.
