About the job
About Us
Health is the most important thing in life, and the American healthcare system is completely broken - poor outcomes, high cost, bad patient experience. We're building a new system from the ground up.
Our mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to live a healthy lifestyle.
Nourish is the country's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic. We’re an AI-native digital health system matching patients with 10,000+ Registered Dietitians, physicians, medications, lab testing, and AI agents to deliver insurance-covered care across all 50 states. Founded four years ago, we've completed millions of appointments, tripled year-over-year, and partnered with health plans covering 200M+ Americans across 250+ health systems.
In 2026 we raised a $100M Series C, bringing total funding to $215M. The round was led by Menlo Ventures, with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, BoxGroup, Atomico, Daybreak, and Operator Partners.

About the role
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to keep our hiring running smoothly. You’ll own the scheduling and logistics that keep pipeline momentum strong, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to give candidates a white-glove experience. You’ll build deep expertise in our recruiting tools and processes, and take on projects that help Nourish hire high-caliber talent, faster.
You’ll report to our Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, and join our RecOps team, which runs the scheduling, tooling, and processes behind our hiring. You’ll work closely with recruiters across GTM, Tech, and Biz, as well as hiring managers and company leadership.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only, with an expectation of working in person 3-4 days per week and some remote flexibility. Our office is located in the heart of Flatiron.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics, virtual and onsite, managing complex, high-volume calendars across candidates, interviewers, and leadership
- Deliver clear, timely communication and seamless coordination at every stage, contributing to a white-glove candidate experience
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, anticipating conflicts and bottlenecks and resolving them before they cause delays
- Become deeply fluent in our recruiting tools and processes (e.g. ATS, scheduling, and interview platforms), ensuring consistency across all coordination workflows
- Identify and lead process improvements (SOPs, tooling guides, interviewer and HM enablement) that reduce manual work and make hiring faster for the whole team
What you’ll bring:
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, operations, or executive assistant role; recruiting coordination or recruiting operations experience is a plus but not required
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-stakeholder calendars across multiple workstreams at once
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with change, able to learn new systems quickly (experience with Greenhouse/Ashby, ModernLoop, BrightHire or similar tools is a plus)
- You’ve owned or contributed to process improvement or RecOps initiatives beyond day-to-day scheduling (and loved it!)
Competencies
- Meticulous attention to detail: you schedule accurately across different teams and functions, even at high volume
- High ownership: you close loops, don’t wait for assignment, and always ask “how can this be better?”
- Candidate-first mindset: you know how even routine work shapes a candidate’s experience, and you go the extra mile
- Solutions-oriented: you learn processes quickly and solve problems on your own
- Collaborative and low-ego: you’re someone people want to work with, and you jump in wherever the team needs it
