Junior Accountant (US Operations)

GoMining is an international company building an ecosystem of Bitcoin-based products: digital mining, payments, and financial services. We operate our own data center infrastructure in the US. We are now looking for a Junior Accountant to join our finance team, working with US legal entities, banks, and hosting providers. Responsibilities: - Manage and process payments across a group of US companies. - Interact with US banks, including calls, correspondence, and resolving operational issues. - Communicate with hosting providers in the US. - Track and process incoming and outgoing invoices. - Account for BTC mining output by individual data center. - Account for materials, equipment, and inventory. - Handle correspondence with counterparties and maintain financial documentation. - Work with the international finance team. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the assigned business perimeter. - Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes. - Ensure accurate accounting and reconciliation of mining revenue. - Support external audits and coordinate with local accounting and tax advisors. Requirements - Basic knowledge of accounting principles. - Confident Excel skills. - English at B2 or higher: you will communicate independently with US banks and counterparties. - Documents that allow you to pass authorization and obtain access to US corporate bank accounts, subject to the requirements of specific banks. - Attention to detail, responsibility, and strong organizational skills. - High level of independence and proactivity. Nice to Have - Experience with NetSuite. - Accounting or finance operations experience in US companies. - Experience working with US banks. - Knowledge of Russian. - Experience in the crypto or mining industry.
