Responsibilities - Provide live support to Swedish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community platforms. - Diagnose and fix a wide range of in-game issues, helping players with technical challenges related to gameplay and accounts. - Record and track player issues using the support ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and solutions. - Communicate effectively with players to explain game mechanics, features, and any updates. - Work closely with the development team to communicate player feedback and highlight common problems. - Keep abreast of the latest game updates and community trends to provide informed support. - Participate in enhancing support processes to improve overall player satisfaction. Requirements - Fluency in Swedish and English, with superior communication skills both orally and in writing. - Experience in customer support, especially within the gaming sector, is highly desirable. - Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving to effectively support players with technical difficulties. - A genuine interest in gaming, with a solid grasp of gaming systems and player communities. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet player support needs. - Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a bonus. - A friendly and patient demeanor, with a strong desire to ensure an excellent support experience for players.
