As Regional Sales Manager, you will own a mix of international markets. You will work closely with distributors, agents and retail partners, help them grow Vice Golf and make sure good ideas actually turn into sales. But this role is about much more than managing existing markets. We want you to explore, test and build. Depending on your personal superpower, you can develop a market directly, win new accounts, build a channel, improve how we work with partners or test a completely new route to market. There is no finished playbook waiting for you. You will have the freedom to try things, learn fast and build solutions with us. This is a market-building role, not a coordination or account-maintenance role. Your success will be measured by the opportunities you create, the decisions you drive and the commercial results you deliver.
