AI Solutions Consultant

ABOUT THE ROLE Join an AI/ML team helping customers transform service operations with real-time voice AI. You will guide enterprise implementations from discovery through production, connecting customer workflows with practical AI solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead post-sales discovery with customers to understand their standard operating procedures, workflows, and existing customer experiences. - Design and document AI-driven customer experiences, translating business logic and requirements into clear implementation specifications. - Partner with applied AI engineers to configure and launch customer solutions, and own implementations through to live production. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related role, including hands-on implementation work. - Experience owning end-to-end enterprise implementations, ideally for mid-market customers, and configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents. - Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations. - Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor. - Contact center, conversational AI, call center implementation, or intake operations experience in areas such as legal, insurance, or financial services is helpful. - Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment and collaborating across customer and engineering teams. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Fully remote, United States.
