THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Partners Salesforce & Payout in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil.
Partners Salesforce & Payout — two mission-critical product surfaces that together power the commercial and financial backbone of Wellhub's partner ecosystem.
Salesforce is where every commercial condition, contract term, and account relationship for our 120,000+ partners is created and maintained. Payout is the system of record that pays those partners every month — a single miscalculation cascades into financial leakage, contractual breach, and legal exposure.
As Director of Product Management, you will own the multi-year strategy across both product surfaces, lead a team of Senior Product Managers, and set the AI agenda for how Wellhub scales commercial operations and payment integrity. You will report to the VP Program Manager, Partners and sit on the Partners leadership team, partnering directly with Finance, Value Management, Legal, Partnerships, and PD Engineering leadership.
YOUR IMPACT
- Commercial Growth & Portfolio Strategy: Own the multi-year vision across Salesforce and Payout, elevating them from back-office operational tools into growth-driving commercial platforms. Balance high-touch sales enablement, scalable financial solutions, and settlement speed to maximize partner lifetime value (LTV) and long-term retention.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers owning the Salesforce and Payout squads. Champion product craft standards (discovery, delivery, measurement) and foster a business-impact mindset focused on partner growth and operational excellence.
- High-Touch Sales Enablement & Commercial Velocity: Empower commercial and partnership teams with seamless sales tooling, automated deal workflows, and frictionless contract-to-payout execution. Streamline complex partner deal structures to reduce cycle times and accelerate revenue generation.
- Financial Solutions & Monetization Innovation: Drive strategic ownership of partner financial products (e.g., early payouts, growth capital, flexible settlement options). Turn financial operations into a competitive advantage that increases partner engagement, trust, and retention across 120,000+ global locations.
- AI & Automation Agenda: Set the strategic AI roadmap across the commercial portfolio. Unlock high-leverage opportunities—such as agentic commercial workflows, automated deal routing, intelligent payment reconciliation, and predictive partner retention insights—to drive scale and velocity.
- Executive Communication & Alignment: Present growth strategies, portfolio trade-offs, and commercial outcomes to C-level executives (CPO, CFO, GC, VP Partnerships). Align cross-functional initiatives around business expansion and strategic partner value.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales Ops, Finance, Value Management, Legal, and PD Engineering, creating alignment across product, growth, and commercial operations.
- Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap: Own the multi-year product strategy across both Salesforce and Payout. Balance commercial enablement, financial integrity, and platform scalability. Set OKRs at the portfolio level and translate them into squad-level commitments.
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and grow a team of Senior Product Managers who own the Salesforce and Payout squads. Set the operating model, the hiring bar, and the career development path for the org. Establish product craft standards (discovery, delivery, measurement) that scale across both squads.
- Financial Integrity Ownership: Own the product accountability for payment accuracy at 120,000+ partner scale. Payment errors translate directly to financial leakage, regulatory exposure, and partner churn. Champion end-to-end observability, control, and auditability across the payout funnel.
- Commercial Enablement: Own how commercial conditions, contract terms, and account data flow from deal-close through settlement. Close the gap between what is signed (contract) and what is executed (Salesforce ↔ Payout sync).
- AI Agenda: Set the AI agenda for the portfolio. Decide where AI creates disproportionate leverage — anomaly detection on payments, contract compliance validation, agentic commercial workflows, automated reconciliation — and where it doesn't. Own the risk/ROI tradeoffs and hold teams accountable to outcomes, not experiments.
- Executive Communication: Present strategy, trade offs, and results to C-level stakeholders (CPO, CFO, GC, VP Partnerships). Turn systemic complexity into decision-grade narratives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align across Finance, Value Management, Legal/Compliance, Partnerships, PD Engineering, and CX/Ops. This role sits at the seam where product, money, and legal exposure meet.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.
WHO YOU ARE
- Solid experience in Product Management, with experience directly managing PMs at the Senior or Staff level.
- Domain Expertise: Deep experience in at least one of: payment systems, financial platforms, revenue/billing engines, CRM/sales-ops platforms, or high-stakes B2B operational platforms where errors have direct financial or legal consequences. Payments or fintech background strongly preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Able to hold a substantive conversation with tech leads on payment processing, event-driven architectures, data integrity, reconciliation flows, and REST APIs. You bridge business intent and engineering excellence.
- AI Leadership (mandatory): Ability to set the AI agenda for a product portfolio — decide which AI investments to make, sequence them against risk and ROI, and hold teams accountable to outcomes (not experiments). Practical fluency with LLM/agent tooling in daily workflow is table stakes; the differentiator is judgment on where AI moves the needle vs. where it doesn't.
- Data-Driven & Analytical: Fluent in using quantitative metrics, funnels, and experimentation to prioritize investments and measure outcome impact. Comfortable running SQL for self-service analysis.
- Partner-Centric Mindset: Deep passion for understanding external user workflows and translating operational friction into high-value product solutions.
- Executive Presence: Track record of shaping and defending product strategy in front of C-level audiences (CPO, CFO, GC, or equivalent).
- Influence: Exceptional communication in English, both synchronous and asynchronous, with a proven ability to align cross-functional leaders and external partners.
- Global Scale Experience: Comfortable owning platforms that support internationalization, localization, and multi-country operational requirements.
