We’re looking for a Parts Coordinator to join our operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting the service department through coordination of maintenance, parts orders, and accurate data management within our operations software. Key Responsibilities - Process and track parts orders for cranes, trucks, and related equipment. - Maintain and update maintenance logs for all fleet assets. - Perform accurate data entry and validation within the company’s operations and maintenance software systems. - Assist with scheduling and communication between mechanics, operators, and management. - Review and reconcile vendor invoices and service tickets. - Support compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. - Generate routine service reports and equipment status summaries. - Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and field personnel to ensure timely and accurate service documentation. Qualifications - Previous experience in service coordination, dispatch, or parts management (construction or heavy equipment industry preferred). - Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and experience using operations or fleet management software. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred). - Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening.
