Sobre a vaga

Who You Are You are an experienced bookkeeper who knows the books well enough to catch an error before anyone else does. You have managed accounts payable, expense categorization, and day-to-day transactions for U.S. companies, and you can work independently without constant guidance. You also use AI to build, not just to ask questions. You have set up automations or workflows with Claude or similar tools, and you can show real examples. You follow approval processes strictly, you chase every missing receipt, and you want a senior role with room to grow toward finance leadership. Key Responsibilities - Own the day-to-day bookkeeping, processing transactions accurately and keeping every account clean and current. - Manage accounts payable so bills and vendor payments go out on time, with the right approvals in place. - Handle expense accounts and categorization independently and consistently. - Keep records and documentation organized, and follow up with the team on missing receipts and paperwork. - Work closely with the field operations lead to make sure everything happening in the field is tracked and reflected in the books. - Review existing processes, including the lease signing process, with company leadership and build in efficiencies. - Design, run, and check Claude automations that handle data entry and processing directly in the company’s systems. - Build and improve systems that make finances easier to run and easier to review. Requirements - 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, documented on your resume, including the types of businesses and books you have managed. - Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with Claude (Anthropic) or similar AI tools. - Strong spoken and written English — C1 preferred. - Experience supporting U.S.-based companies, in a BPO or directly. - Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar. - High attention to detail and zero tolerance for errors. - Able to follow accounting SOPs, meet deadlines, and report accurately. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Benefits - Comprehensive compensation based on experience. - Immediate payroll enrollment from Day 1 — fully registered under Peruvian labor law (Régimen General). - 100% statutory benefits — CTS, gratificaciones, vacaciones, and AFP/ONP contributions per Peruvian regulations. - Private health insurance through Rímac EPS, 100% employer-covered. - Long-term career placement with a single dedicated U.S. client. - Fixed U.S. business hours — no rotating shifts. - Exposure to U.S. business standards, tools, and professional culture. - Career growth opportunities — many of our Associates grow with the same client for years. IMPORTANT: When applying, please upload your resume in English.
