Field Marketing Manager

About the company Our client is a software company. The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own a sales pipeline channel built around industry events, from pre-event outreach and on-site qualification through structured follow-up. The role suits someone who books meetings, sets pipeline targets for each event and helps decide which events are worth attending. What you'll do - Set a pipeline target for each event and work to meet it through booked meetings and created opportunities. - Research and contact attendees before each event to schedule meetings ahead of time. - Work the event booth, hold qualifying conversations and book next steps on the spot. - Follow up within 48 hours with personalized messages and relevant content, logging every contact in the CRM. - Help plan the event calendar by judging which conferences produce pipeline and which do not. - Arrange in-person meetings with nearby prospects and customers during event travel. - Coordinate with marketing and sales on outreach, content and event data for pipeline and return analysis. Requirements What we're looking for - Track record in event or growth marketing, or in outbound sales development, within business-to-business technology. - Hands-on experience sourcing pipeline and booking meetings through events, sequencing, phone outreach or lead generation. - Working knowledge of CRM and sales prospecting or sequencing tools. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for conferences and events. Bonus points - Background in a logistics or operations-focused industry. - Experience staffing or running events as the only company representative on site. - A STEM educational background.
