Requirements
Must have
- 5+ years in QA, with at least 1 year in a Senior QA role.
- Experience in:
- Working within Agile practices
- Web testing
- Running API, integration, localization, and security tests.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in QA workflows (e.g. Claude) for:
- Test design and generation
- Defect analysis and root cause assistance
- Test data generation
- Documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with AI-driven QA approaches:
- AI-assisted exploratory testing
- Risk-based testing supported by AI insights
- Intelligent test prioritization.
- Understanding of AI system limitations (hallucinations, inconsistency, non-deterministic outputs).
- Ability to validate AI-generated outputs against real requirements and system behavior.
- Genuine interest in applying AI to improve QA efficiency, coverage, and cycle time.
- English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or above (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- ISTQB foundation-level certification.
- experience in testing multi-market commercial apps.
- Familiarity with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing frameworks (e.g. Cypress, Selenium).
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on all core QA activities, including retesting and running various test types.
- Implement AI-assisted testing practices, including test generation, defect analysis, and intelligent test prioritization.
- Evaluate and optimize the test approach to suit the team’s needs.
- Create and maintain test documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Analyze requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Be a collaborative team player.
