Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex hardware and software development projects, from scope and planning through to delivery. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams and be accountable for predictable delivery that stays aligned with business objectives. This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv. What is your Day to Day Mission: - Own project planning and execution: scope, milestones, schedules, and resource allocation - Coordinate teams across hardware, software, embedded, and systems engineering - Track progress and dependencies, and ensure agreed milestones are delivered on time - Identify and mitigate risks, remove blockers, and manage changes to scope and timelines - Run planning sessions, project meetings, and status reviews that keep teams aligned - Report on status, risks, and delivery outlook to stakeholders and leadership - Maintain plans, documentation, and reporting in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools - Improve project management processes and team efficiency What you bring to the team: - 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in hardware, embedded systems or defense - Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with cross-functional engineering teams - Strong command of planning, scope, schedule, and resource management - Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and/or hybrid methodologies - Ability to manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and changing requirements - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Structured thinking, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools - English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher Why Quantum-Systems: - We Stand with Ukraine! - We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus. - We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary. - We push limits, think outside the box, and strive for technological excellence to shape the future of aerial data. - We promise to be your runway for individual and professional growth.
