Restaurant General Manager | Qatar

We are hiring an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and quality standards. Experience in staff training, coaching, and performance management. Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of operational and sales reports. Good knowledge of food costing, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management. Ability to manage daily operations, control expenses, and achieve business targets. Professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality. Salary: QAR 8,000–10,000 total package, depending on experience and interview performance Benefits: One annual air ticket Interview Mode : Online Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management Minimum 7-10 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years of current experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
