Marketing & PR Manager - Hardin

Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for a Marketing & PR Manager to join our team in Elizabethtown, KY! Responsible for working with Director, Marketing & Public Relations and Executive Director, Marketing & Communications to develop and implement marketing and public relations communications for assigned hospital(s). Essential Duties: - Works directly with leadership team and service-line managers to develop, initiate, maintain and provide follow-up on marketing, advertising and promotional strategies that support system, regional and local initiatives. - Provides support for development of regional marketing plan, including individual budgets and timetables. Involves close contact with service-line managers and hospital leaders. - Works with the director, advertising agency and system creative team to implement marketing plans including advertising, public relations and digital strategies. - Develops measurable goals for marketing and public relations initiatives and tracks metrics in various platforms to ensure success. Reports campaign outcomes to director, system and local leaders in order to evaluate campaign results and effectiveness - Collects, coordinates and interprets data as it relates to the hospital and its competitors, including service-line information, patient origin, market share and other statistics utilizing planning and marketing resources. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, public relations, journalism or related field. - Five to seven years’ healthcare or related industry experience - Experience in public relations, journalism or related field preferred.
