At SEEK our biggest asset is our people, and we are proud of our community of valued, talented and diverse individuals who really know their stuff. Our culture statement, Our SEEK, is all about what makes SEEK unique and a little bit different. Our SEEK clearly outlines the Principles and the Behaviours of our best people, which include:

- Delivery: we execute with excellence and achieve great results

The Role
As a Specialist, Learning & Development, you will contribute to the delivery of reliable, inclusive and engaging learning experiences which target the key capabilities, crucial to the success of SEEK. You will coordinate the operation of L&D programs and tools, own APAC SEEK Induction and enable stakeholders and facilitators to deliver learning effectively. You will use learner feedback and program data to maintain quality, inform reporting and improve delivery, while contributing to a streamlined APAC curriculum focused on core capabilities and business priorities. This role will report to the Manager, Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L&D enquiries – Be the first point of contact for learning requests, manage enrolments, waitlists, schedules, feedback, and exit surveys.
- Run workshops – Coordinate virtual and in-person sessions including Zoom setup, room bookings, materials, and facilitator support. Help internal teams run their own Zoom Events.
- Own APAC Induction – Manage the end-to-end monthly new-starter program: scheduling, tracking, content upkeep, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with the business – Work with HRBPs, leaders, and facilitators to understand learning needs, align to business priorities, and flag risks and timelines early.
- Maintain data and reporting – Keep participation and compliance data accurate; update dashboards and share clear insights to support reporting and decision-making.
- Measure program effectiveness – Gather feedback, support ROI evaluation, and recommend improvements to content, delivery, and engagement.
- Administer learning tools – Manage Go1 and other platforms, support content publishing, troubleshoot access issues, and assist with compliance checks.
- Keep content current – Maintain L&D resources on SEEKernet and Ask P&C Agent; document processes so knowledge is accessible and programs are easy to hand over.
- Coordinate micro-learning – Manage programs like Empower and SEEK Spark, source speakers, and support engaging delivery.
- Contribute to broader L&D initiatives – Collaborate with capability and enablement teams to align efforts and avoid duplication as priorities shift.
The Team
This individual contributor role sits in SEEK’s Learning & Development team within People & Culture. The team supports SEEK-wide development through a strategic, streamlined APAC learning curriculum focused on core capabilities, partnering with leaders, HR Business Partners and enablement teams to align learning with business priorities and reduce duplication. The role collaborates with colleagues and stakeholders across KL, Melbourne and APAC.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and close the loop.
- Experience coordinating learning programs, events or projects; familiarity with project management tools and methodology is preferred.
- Strong delivery track record, sound judgement, and ability to spot risks, resolve issues and escalate at the right time.
- Confident using Zoom Events, Go1 and related learning or virtual-event platforms; able to troubleshoot and support users.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Clear, responsive stakeholder communication and ability to work across teams and cultures.
At SEEK we offer:
- Support of flexible working, including a mix of office and work from home days depending on your role
- Paid and unpaid leave benefits including Personal Flexi Days as well as the opportunity to purchase additional leave
- Frequent events including sports days, year-end party, hackathon, and trivia
At SEEK, we are passionate about fostering a culture of inclusion and wellbeing that embraces and values the diversity of our people. We are a purpose driven business that works with heart.
We know teams with diverse ideas, experiences and perspectives are more creative and are critical to ensuring effective delivery and innovating to enable our future success. As such, we welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds and life experiences, especially as they relate to gender, sexual identity, culture, faith, disability and life stages.
