Business Recruiter

ABOUT THE ROLE Join the recruiting team at an early-stage applied AI company and lead full-cycle hiring across business and operations functions. You'll partner with business leaders to build strong teams supporting the company's growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Manage full-cycle recruiting for strategic projects, operations, and go-to-market roles, from sourcing through offer close. - Build proactive pipelines from finance, consulting, private equity, and technology talent pools. - Partner with recruiting and executive leaders to define candidate profiles, prioritize searches, and run structured interview processes. - Improve recruiting infrastructure, including scorecards, interview rubrics, sourcing tools, and offer processes. - Track funnel metrics and conversion rates, then use the data to refine recruiting efforts. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least 3 years of recruiting experience, with 4 to 7 or more years preferred. - Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting, including corporate recruiting experience. - A track record of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with ownership from sourcing through close. - Experience building pipelines for finance, consulting, private equity, or other operationally rigorous business roles, as well as senior business or go-to-market talent. - Strong communication skills, high initiative, and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. - Experience with recruiting tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $150,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, United States.
