Keep abreast of new projects, and get product information from previous orders’ batches before it put into production, ensure the stability of the process into the new project, and just refer to the previous investment experience. Responsible for ensuring and obtaining of all requirements before being transferred into serial production 及时了解新项目，并且在投入前从以前几批订单中获取已知的产品信息（路线卡更改状态、前批操作条件等），确保投入过程的稳定，新项目如果只是更改颜色和花纹，可以参照以前的生产经验投入。2. Maintaining of FMEA´s and implementation of statistical and problem solving methods 制定和更新FMEA，完成数据性的问题分析16. Fulfill other tasks arranged by superiors 完成上级安排的其他事项 17. Support production for daily trouble shooting 支持生产做好每日紧急问题的处理 Bachelor degree or above (mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable) 大学本科(学士)学位（机械工程，工艺工程，化工工艺） Fluent in English or German is a plus 英语或德语流利者优先At least three years’ experience in chemical process areas, car interiors industry priority 至少三年化工工艺方面的经历，汽车内饰行业优先 Relevant work experience in the automotive industry 相关的汽车行业工作经验Good project management skills 较好的项目管理能力
