The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What You'll Be Doing & Why It Matters
Salesforce's Global Ethics & Integrity (GE&I) team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Training and Communications Manager to join the Compliance Programs team. This is an individual contributor role. You will set the strategy for training and communications on ethics, integrity, and compliance matters, and own execution from start to finish. Your work will give Salesforce employees the information they need to prevent and reduce compliance risk.
You'll be a key member of the Salesforce Legal team, which makes sure we do business to the highest legal and ethical standards. We want someone with experience in communications and learning for adult audiences who looks for ways to improve our program, especially through AI-driven solutions.
Core Responsibilities & Scope
With oversight from the Director, Compliance Programs - Global Ethics & Integrity:
Training and learning
- Plan, build, and run the global compliance training plan, including the annual Code of Conduct training and targeted, risk-based courses. Manage each course from design through rollout and ongoing maintenance.
- Apply modern instructional design, such as micro-learning, scenario-based content, and AI-assisted development to improve engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve the learning platforms, and support training assignment logic, localization, and completion tracking.
- Track completion, engagement, and post-training effectiveness, and use the data to improve content and close knowledge gaps.
Communications and culture
- Build and run an annual communications calendar including campaigns, awareness moments, toolkits, and leader and manager messaging on ethics, integrity, and compliance topics.
- Turn complex legal and ethics & compliance concepts into clear, engaging guidance for global audiences, in writing, in presentations, and visually.
- Ensure training and communications address emerging risks, policy changes, and trends from the data (internal and external).
Operations and external assessments
- Manage Salesforce's responses to external ethics and compliance assessments, including Ethisphere's World's Most Ethical Companies, including gathering input and coordinating reviewers, and drafting and submission.
- Use AI platforms, data tools, and automation to streamline how work gets done.
- Test and roll out improvements to compliance processes, and set the standard for responsible AI use in training and communications.
- Report insights and findings to leadership, clearly and concisely.
- Support the GE&I team in handling employee questions and escalate them as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, learning and development, or corporate communications, including direct experience managing training and communications on ethics, integrity, or compliance topics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to adapt for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to manage several stakeholders and competing priorities independently and on tight deadlines.
- Experience with global programs and localization, and with cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (such as generative AI assistants, AI-assisted content creation, or workflow automation) to produce content, analyze data, or streamline work.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort with metrics and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Compliance certification, such as CCEP.
- Familiarity with anti-corruption laws and compliance frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
- Experience with instructional design, multimedia production, or LMS administration.
- Experience building AI-enabled learning, such as simulations, scenario generation, or personalized learning paths.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Slack, or similar tools.
- Experience preparing external ethics and compliance assessments or benchmarks.
