Operations Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE A Series A/B AI recruiting and talent-matching company is hiring an Operations Associate to help its recruiting and sales teams move candidate introductions through to booked interviews. You will coordinate closely with the team and help keep candidate, client, and internal workflows accurate and moving. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Call and text candidates to confirm interest, schedule interviews, and prepare them for initial conversations. - Follow up with hiring managers to collect feedback on introduced candidates. - Review candidate lists for accuracy, including role, location, salary, and prior candidate responses. - Update candidate statuses, notes, and next steps promptly so the team and its AI tools have current information. - Investigate recurring workflow problems and resolve them or recommend improvements. - Use AI tools and automation for repetitive tasks, while reviewing their output. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Demonstrated growth in responsibility or scope, and evidence of completing a useful project or initiative independently. - Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks and following through during periods of sustained workload. - Professional experience in business, technology, startups, consulting, finance, or running a venture; experience in sales is helpful. - Comfort making outbound calls to people you do not know. - Experience using AI tools or automation and improving recurring operational processes. - Recruiting, staffing, candidate coordination, scheduling, or recruiting operations experience is helpful, but not required. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually. Visa sponsorship policy was not provided. LOCATION Remote after the first two weeks of in-person onboarding in Salt Lake City, Utah. Candidates must live in the Salt Lake City area. Optional visits to the San Francisco office may be available.
