Preferred Qualifications - Experience on data center, mission-critical facility, or industrial construction projects (e.g., manufacturing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical). - Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam Revu, or similar construction management and document control platforms. - Familiarity with data center industry standards: Uptime Institute Tier Classification, TIA-942, ASHRAE thermal guidelines. - Knowledge of critical facility systems: UPS, PDU, generator plants, switchgear, CRAC/CRAH cooling, BMS/DCIM, structured cabling. - OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. - Experience working in a GC (General Contractor) or owner’s representative capacity. - Commissioning (Cx) experience or familiarity with Cx processes for mechanical and electrical systems.
