In this role, you will be a high-volume "talent hunter," identifying and placing Mental Health Counselors onto Online Telehealth platforms Nationwide. Work Schedule: M to F 9-6 pm Work Type: 100% Remote W2 Full Time Salary: $70,000 to $80,000 per year depending on experience. Key Responsibilities - Sell The Job Opportunity to Mental Health Counselors - Help Answer All of Their Questions on A Zoom Call - Assist With The Mental Health Therapist to help them complete their Job Application and Onboarding Process. Requirements - The "Hunter" Mindset: A self-motivated closer who thrives on the hustle and is hungry for a six-figure income. - Experience: Must have 5 years or more of Healthcare Recruiting Experience recruiting licensed healthcare professionals. Must have experience with hard selling. - General Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with various Mental Health licenses (LMHC, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW etc) and the general credentialing process in the US. - Sales DNA: Proven success in a high-pressure, metrics-driven environment—whether in recruitment, B2B sales, or high-volume business development. - Remote Mastery: Expert at managing your own time and maintaining high productivity in a 100% remote setting. - Communication Powerhouse: Ability to connect authentically with medical professionals and "sell" them on their next career-defining move.
