Key responsabilities: - Executive support, including preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials. - KPI tracking and business operations reporting. - Budget, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting. - Invoice tracking and financial administration. - Overtime (OT) management, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up. - Data analysis, reporting, and leadership decision support. - Proactive identification of issues and recommendations for improvement. Requirements - Experience in Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role. - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience in Financial and logistical administration (budget control, invoicing, manpower, procurement, and performance reporting) - Experience in KPI tracking and operational reporting - English: C1 - Occasional trips (Santa Fe, CDMX) Benefits - Sueldo base - Seguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores (incluye plan dental y visión) - 15 días de aguinaldo - 25% de prima vacacional - 12 días de vacaciones (A partir del primer año) - Seguro social - Vales de despensa quincenales
