Preferred Qualifications - Dynatrace Certified Associate or Dynatrace Certified Professional certification. - Prior consulting, client-facing, or project management experience. - Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grail/DQL, and Davis AI-driven anomaly detection. - Experience with SAP environments (S4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, HANA) and PowerConnect or similar SAP-to-observability integration tools. - Experience with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible). - Exposure to relational database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2). - ITIL Foundation certification or familiarity with ITSM processes. Benefits - Employment for this role is structured through an Employer of Record (EOR) in your country of residence. - Full statutory benefits and entitlements for the country of residence — including paid annual leave, public holidays, sick leave, and pension or social insurance contributions as applicable. - Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives. - Paid PowerConnect and SAP certification training and professional development budget. - We also offer: - A fully remote-first working environment with genuine flexibility - Company-provided equipment - Direct exposure to a global enterprise customer base. - A small, high-caliber team where your work has immediate impact - The opportunity to grow with a profitable, product-led company in an expanding market
