Responsibilities - Assist French-speaking business clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Address client inquiries related to business services, account management, and operational support. - Resolve client-related issues swiftly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. - Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions in the CRM system for reference and quality assurance. - Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex inquiries and enhance service delivery. - Stay current on company services and products to provide informed and relevant assistance to clients. - Participate in ongoing training and development to further enhance skills and service effectiveness. Requirements - Fluency in French and strong command of English, both written and spoken. - Experience in a customer support role, particularly within a business or corporate environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills focused on client engagement. - Strong problem-solving capabilities with an ability to manage client needs efficiently. - Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
