Supplier Development Engineer

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Development Engineer to join the Power & Thermal Management division. The Supplier Development Engineer is responsible for developing and improving supplier capability, capacity, and performance to support PTM business objectives. This role will lead and maintain the supplier scorecard, driving supplier improvement across quality, delivery, cost, capacity, process capability, compliance, and supply continuity. Reporting to the Supplier Development and Transformation Manager, this position partners closely with Sourcing, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to lead proactive supplier development, qualification, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
